Power to the People Dead-lifts and Side-presses:

255lb DL x 5
Rest 3-5 minutes
230lb DL x 5
Rest 3-5 minutes
55lb SP x 5
Rest 3-5 minutes
50lb SP x 5

During rests after dead-lifts: Hangs on the pull-up bar for decompression.
