Wall Squats, 24kg Halos, & Pumps x 10 reps
32kg Practice:
C&P x 2L&R
Snatch x 3L&R
TGU singles x 5:40 minutes time under tension (TUT)
Overhead Carry singles x 30 seconds
Heavy breathing!
