ETK Program Minimum - Week 7, Day 4:
Wall Squats, 24kg Halos, & Pumps x 10 reps
32kg Practice:
C&P x 2L&R
Snatch x 3L&R
TGU singles x 5:50 minutes time under tension (TUT)
Farmer Carry singles x 60 seconds
Finished strong!
