Strength Day II

Getting my groove on these light-medium strength days.

Light-Medium DLs, MPs, and Pull-ups

DL:
210lb x 5 x 2

MP:
24kg x 5L&R x 2

Pull-up:
BW x 5 wide grip
BW x 5 chin-ups

Rest was about 2 minutes between each set.
