MVO2 Session 3

15:15 MVO2 protocol & 16kg x 8 reps x 24 sets

This is below what I expected but what I did.

If it ain't working after 3 sessions, ditch it and find something else. There are many ways to skin a goat, I've heard.

Hit a PR with one thing, then go to the next thing. Sometime later, go back to the first thing and hit a new PR. Nothing is wasted if you're enthusiastic.

Hey Aaron,
Oh, it's workin... I am just being too self-conscious and timid right now. I have done better in the past (August 16th, 2008 - 44 Rounds with this protocol) and after reading Kenneth Jay's "Viking Warrior Conditioning", I am very enthusiastic!

Whoa! I meant, on August 23, 2008 I did 54 sets of this same protocol. Yes, I have a long way to go but I am still enthusiastic!
