32kg snatches OTM is damn good. I did 71 in 5 minutes, and I think you can do better because your work ethic is better.
How much do you weigh, and what is your age?
One of my goals for my life is to gain strength, flexibility, and endurance continually. I am a 45 yr old @ 5'8" 184lbs who is aiming for 6' or 175lbs of functional durability. I guess 175lbs will have to do while chalking up another revolution around the Sun. I am on the road to completing my reps for the new 24kg RKC test while using the 32kg.
A work ethic is proved by what the will has achieved. The evidence dictates that you have a good one too!
