TGU/Swing combo

Today I felt like doing something. This is what I did:

24kg TGU x 1L&R then Swing x 20 every 2 minutes x 5

Almost 10 minutes of a good practice.
Tomorrow will tell if I am ready for a little MVO2 or not.
